If e-card is not provided then how can we get the claim ?

If e-card is not shared and insured need claim till such time, to avail cashless hospitalization you need to display the employee ID card to the empanelled network hospital and mention your Employee ID on the pre authorization form before the treatment starts. You need to contact with your service provider or TPA who will assist you to get the treatment done without the e-card.
